Can you have a barbecue indoors?
Only with compliant griddles/fireplaces and authorization from the venue.
Otherwise, we will switch to the indoor solution (Plan B) provided for in the quote.
What are the technical requirements?
Thanks to our smokeless griddles, you can cook indoors and outdoors without smoke.
Do you offer options for dietary restrictions and allergens?
Yes. We offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free alternatives. Options based on religious requirements are available upon request, and allergens are clearly identified.
Are service and equipment included in the buffet services?
Service and kitchen staff are available at an additional cost of CHF 59.90 per hour per employee. For hot meals, hot plates are provided free of charge.
What are the order lead times and minimum quantities to expect?
Ideally, orders should be placed as early as possible. Urgent requests can be considered depending on availability. Minimum order quantities and costs per zone are specified in the quote.
