FAQ CATERING BUFFET MEALS
How much should I budget per person?
Our packages are designed for a full meal (savory + hot dishes for the packages concerned). For a sweet touch, add 3 petits fours per person (or 6 for a longer format).
Do you manage dietary requirements and allergens?
Yes: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free options available, or religious requirements. Allergens are tracked and indicated; please let us know your requirements in advance.
Do you provide the equipment and service?
Choice of: delivery only, buffet package and table setting, or full service with staff (maître d'hôtel, waiters). Rechauds provided free of charge for hot buffets. Crockery, glassware, and table linen available as an option.
What logistics should be planned on site?
A preparation area (tables), easy access for deliveries and, for the hot food option, an electrical outlet if additional stations are required. We provide the hot plates. We collect the equipment at the end of the event.
