How far in advance do I need to book?

As soon as possible, because our schedules fill up very quickly.

And in case of an emergency?

We check availability and offer a suitable solution (reduced menu possible).

How long will it take to receive a quote?

Within 24 business hours after receiving the date, location, size, and format.

Minimum number of people & quantities

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, a minimum charge depending on the service and area; it is indicated on your quote.

Who determines the quantities?

We advise you (pieces/guest, portions, petits fours) to avoid waste.

What areas do you cover?

All of French-speaking Switzerland: Geneva, Vaud, Neuchâtel, Fribourg, Valais.

How do you calculate travel expenses?

Prices vary depending on distance, time slot and volume; they are shown on the quote.

Do you deliver to multiple locations on the same day?

Yes, with scheduled rounds and slots by address.

Allergies, diets, and religious requirements.

Do you manage diets?

Yes: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free as standard; kosher and halal upon request.

How do you handle allergens?

Traceability provided and clear labeling on the preparations concerned.

Delivery & installation

When do you deliver?

At a mutually agreed time slot; punctuality ±15 min.

What does implementation involve?

Ready-to-serve plating, labeling, and hot plates provided for hot dishes.

Do you take back the equipment?

Yes, at the scheduled time; collection and sorting available as an option.

Service & equipment

Do you provide service staff?

Yes: maître d'hôtel, waiters, bartender depending on the size and format.

Do you provide tableware?

Optional: complete set of dishes, glassware, and table linens.

What about drinks/the bar?

Soft drinks, wine & sparkling wine packages, signature bar (non-alcoholic versions), glassware & ice available.

Payments & Billing

What are your payment terms?

Deposit upon confirmation, balance according to conditions (individuals/professionals).

Do you provide professional invoicing?

Yes, with legal notices and a dedicated accounting contact person.

What does the quote detail?

Material, production, logistics, personnel, equipment, travel—everything is clearly explained.

Annulation & modifications

What is your cancellation policy?

It is included in the quote/terms and conditions (scaled according to the date of cancellation).

Can the order be modified after confirmation?

Yes, up to a deadline (often 10 days prior), subject to availability.

Location constraints

What should you do if the venue has restrictions (access, no kitchen, opening hours)?
