Mini salmon and dill brioches, truffled chicken croquettes, pumpkin soup in a glass, mini chocolate log.

HOLIDAY BUFFET (MIXED)

Roast turkey with truffle jus / salmon en croûte, gratin dauphinois, pan-fried winter vegetables, salad of young shoots & walnuts, cheese platter.

SEATED NEW YEAR'S EVE DINNER (3–5 COURSES)
