For your private or professional events, our aperitif and cocktail packages are designed to leave a lasting impression. Fresh produce, balanced recipes, vegetarian, alcohol-free or premium options: every detail counts for a successful aperitif.
The right format for your event
SHORT DRINKS RECEPTION, AFTERWORK, OPENING RECEPTION OR COCKTAIL DINNER
We determine the number of dishes/guests and logistics (service, equipment, drinks) according to your venue and capacity.
USUAL REFERENCE POINTS
Short appetizer (30 min): 3/4 pieces per guest
Classic cocktail (1 hour/30 minutes): 6/7 pieces per guest
Cocktail reception (2–3 hours): 9–12 items per guest + possibly a small hot dish (e.g. risotto)
Staff: the presence of staff is optional, the cocktail can be delivered on a tray ready to serve.
With bar: allow 2 drinks per guest per hour (soft drinks + wine/sparkling wine)

Minimum: We deliver for a minimum of 5 guests.
Fees per area (Geneva, Vaud, Neuchâtel, Fribourg, Valais) detailed on the Rates page and reiterated on the quote.

Can recipes be personalised?
Yes! We tailor our menus to your tastes, allergies or dietary preferences (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.).
Can we order cocktails without staff?
Yes, of course, we deliver the dishes on platters, ready to eat, with small wooden spoons. We only use compostable or recyclable materials.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 7 to 10 days before the event. In case of emergency, please contact us to check availability.
Do you provide outdoor services?
Yes, we operate both indoors and outdoors, provided there is sufficient space for the service.
