FAQ CATERING SIT-DOWN MEALS
How many guests do you require for delivery?
We deliver throughout French-speaking Switzerland every day for orders of 5 or more guests.
Do you manage dietary restrictions and allergens?
Yes: vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available. Please note: allergens are traced and indicated; please inform us of any dietary restrictions in advance.
Do you provide the equipment and service?
Choose between delivery and setup (standard) or full service (maître d'hôtel, servers). Chafing dishes are provided free of charge for hot buffets. Tableware, glassware, and linens are optional.
What logistics should be planned on site?
A serving area (tables), easy access for deliveries, and, for the option with hot food, an electrical outlet if additional stations are required. We provide the chafing dishes. We collect the equipment at the end of the event.
